From brief to event day

How your backdrop enquiry works.

Begin with the event and venue. The suitable format, artwork responsibilities, access requirements and included site services can then be confirmed in writing.

Provide the date, venue, event type, available width and height, setting and preferred appearance.

02

Compare suitable formats

Review the surface, structure, footprint, viewing angle and venue requirements before selecting the decoration.

03

Review the written scope

Check the dimensions, material, artwork, transport, setup, dismantling, price assumptions and exclusions.

04

Approve artwork and details

Confirm spelling, logos, layout, dimensions and the final visual proof where artwork or printing is included.

05

Confirm venue access

Record the loading route, lift or stairs, parking, security process, working space and permitted setup time.

Questions about the enquiry process

What if I do not know the exact backdrop size?

Share the available space, stage dimensions or a clear venue plan. Width, height and structural depth still need confirmation before production.

When is the event date confirmed?

Only after the written scope and the stated booking requirements are accepted and date availability is confirmed.

Can the artwork change after approval?

A change requires review because it may affect production files, materials, timing and price.

What if venue access changes?

Share the new access information as soon as possible. Lift, stairs, loading distance or working-hour changes may affect structure, crew and timing.
